Victorian families have a golden opportunity through the Get Active Kids Voucher program. This initiative provides eligible parents and guardians a $200 voucher to encourage their children’s participation in sports or activities, including BlueFit Swimming programs at Laverton.
Are You Eligible?
Your child is eligible if they:
- Are 18 years or under.
- Live in Victoria.
- Are listed on a valid Health Care Card, Pensioner Concession Card, and Medicare Card.
You can apply for vouchers for each eligible child using the provider code 2931329 for BlueFit Swimming.
How It Works
The voucher, offered by Service Victoria, supports structured programs of 8 weeks or more. Key terms are:
- It cannot be used for holiday programs.
- If a child cancels a Laverton program without using the full voucher amount, the balance remains as a credit unless the program is fixed-term.
- Non-attendance does not earn credits.
- The voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
