We are excited to share that the Laverton Swim & Fitness Centre is nearing the final stages of its extensive $2.5 million redevelopment and will be reopening very soon! This transformation, made possible through the support of Hobsons Bay City Council and BlueFit, marks a new era for our beloved facility.
While the journey took longer than expected due to unforeseen structural challenges, these vital repairs were necessary to ensure the safety and longevity of the building. Important Update on Spa & Steam Room Facilities
As part of the Centre’s redevelopment, the spa and steam room facilities have been retired to align with our evolving focus on broader community needs. We understand this may be disappointing to some members. To ensure you continue to enjoy these amenities, you have reciprocal access to BayFit Leisure Centre, which features a spa, steam room, and warm water pool. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
