Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan

Last week, BlueFit was proud to launch the new Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

This plan marks an important milestone in BlueFits reconciliation journey, guided by four key pillars, the plan sets out practical actions to help us:

  • Strengthen partnerships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and organisations.
  • Build respect by recognising and celebrating First Nations cultures, histories, and knowledge.
  • Create opportunities in employment, education, and business across our 60+ community facilities.

As we launched our RAP, we were honoured to acknowledge the Wurundjeri Woi-Wurrung people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land where we gathered. We pay our respects to Elders past and present and thank them for their Welcome to Country and Smoking Ceremony.

We were honoured to unveil our RAP artwork, created by proud Gomeroi Woman, Caitlin Trindall, who is the founder of Mirii Art.

Her artwork tells a story of reconciliation through community, partnership, innovation and respect, reflecting BlueFit’s values and vision for the future.

This launch marks the beginning of our journey, and we look forward to walking alongside our teams, partners and communities to create a meaningful impact!
