Looking for a low impact way to stay active and build strength? Our Aqua Aerobics classes at Laverton Swim and Fitness are designed to help you improve fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
Aqua Aerobics combines cardio, strength conditioning, and resistance training, all with the added benefit of water support, making it easier on your joints while still providing a highly effective workout.
