The Laverton Swim & Fitness Centre will be temporarily closing its doors for 12 to 14 weeks for major renovations. In partnership with the Hobsons Bay City Council, these renovations are part of our ongoing commitment to providing you with the best possible facilities and experiences.
Important Dates
– Health Club Temporary Closure – Wednesday 21st February 2024
– Learn to Swim Last Lessons – Friday 1st March
– Last day of Trade – Sunday 3rd March
During this closure period, we will be making significant improvements to our swimming pool, gym, and change room facilities. These enhancements are aimed at creating a more enjoyable and comfortable environment for all our patrons. You can keep up to date with the renovations on this page.
We understand that this closure may inconvenience some of you, but we are pleased to inform you that alternative arrangements have been made. During the renovation period, all members and visit pass holders will have access to the excellent facilities at BayFit Leisure Centre in Altona North.
Additionally, for our valued swim school customers, we will be making arrangements for you to continue your swimming lessons at a nearby swim school. Rest assured, your progress and enjoyment in the water remain our top priority, and we believe this temporary relocation will ensure continuity in your swimming journey.
While we understand that change can sometimes be challenging, we are confident that the improvements we are making will enhance your overall experience with us. We apologise for any inconvenience this temporary closure may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.
